What is your return and refund policy?

Returns Due to the nature of our products, all orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Can I exchange a product?

We don’t offer exchanges, unless an item is damaged. Please see our refund and damaged
item policy.

What do I do if I receive a damaged item in my order?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer experience team at
hello@radglam.com to request a replacement order or a refund within 48 hours of receiving package.  Please provide a detailed picture of damaged box and damaged product.

We will refund you in full to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
